You have 14 Calendar days to request a return of none personalised items, please email us on hello@miniandco.co.uk for authorisation and once we have received the item back a full refund will be issued.Â
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
