We offer FREE personalisation on the majority of our products, just lookout for the option in the product description.
- Simply Add the required information into the box
- Select your Font (if applicable). If you would like to see your chosen text in the fonts available please visit our font style viewer page HERE
- Select your colour (if applicable)

Delivery
Standard delivery only £3.95 or FREE on orders over £50
Our current lead time is upto 10 working days, this may be increased to 14 during busy periods. (including but not limited to; Bank Holidays, Easter, Christmas)
working days do not include weekends and the first working day is the day after you placed your order

Returns
No Hassle Returns
You have 14 Calendar days to request a return of none personalised items, please email us on hello@miniandco.co.uk for authorisation and once we have received the item back a full refund will be issued.
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
